Prepare the Package
Securely pack the electronic device in its original box, ensuring all cables, manuals, and protective inserts are included to prevent damage during transit.
Ship to Our Center
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the device condition, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
